12-Month Parts-Only Warranty for Diesel Generators

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the diesel generator, as evidenced by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

Coverage Details:

Parts Coverage: This warranty exclusively covers the parts of the diesel generator. It includes replacement or repair of parts that are found to be defective due to material or workmanship issues under normal usage conditions.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover labor costs for the removal, installation, or repair of any parts. It also does not cover any other expenses related to the repair or replacement of parts.

Warranty Limitations:

Consumables and Wearable Parts: This warranty does not cover consumables or wearable parts such as filters, lubricants, batteries, and similar items.

Improper Use: Defects or damages resulting from negligence, improper storage, installation, maintenance, or operation, as well as from modifications, alterations, or repairs not made in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, are not covered.

External Causes: This warranty does not cover damage caused by external causes such as accidents, acts of God, or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of TRACKSONHIRE LTD.

Warranty Claims:

Notification: To initiate a warranty claim, the Buyer must contact TRACKSONHIRE LTD within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

Inspection: The defective part must be returned to TRACKSONHIRE LTD or its designated service center for inspection. The Buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of transport of the defective part.

Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, TRACKSONHIRE LTD will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished at the discretion of TRACKSONHIRE LTD.

General Provisions:

Warranty Transfer: This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability: TRACKSONHIRE LTD’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. In no event shall TRACKSONHIRE LTD be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Customer Acknowledgement:

The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood this 12-month parts-only warranty and agrees to its terms and conditions. The Buyer also acknowledges that this warranty gives specific legal rights, and there may be other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Maximum Liability: Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, the maximum liability of Tracksonhire Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the diesel generators, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the generators.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
