  • Factory Inspection: Each genset undergoes over 4 hours of commissioning. We test noise levels, control panel meters, and ensure the unit's appearance is up to standard.
  • Warranty: Valid for 12 months or 1,000 running hours from the shipment date. Warranty covers issues arising from the genset body, excluding external factors or natural disasters. Post-warranty, spare parts are available at cost.
